Adrine's journey in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector began in 2013. She has held various roles in sales, business development, and as a general manager, all focused on delivering safe drinking water solutions to schools in Uganda. These roles allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector, particularly in ensuring that children in schools have access to clean and safe drinking water. Since 2020, Adrine has been at the helm of managing WaterQuip from the ground up. The early days of the company coincided with the global COVID-19 pandemic, presenting unprecedented challenges. However, Adrine’s resilient leadership and strategic acumen enabled WaterQuip to navigate those difficulties successfully. Central to Adrine's management and growth strategy for WaterQuip is her belief in sustainability.
